1. Our Services
At Alpal’s Dog Pals, we offer a professional, caring, and confidence-building experience for your dog. Services include:

Solo Dog Walks

£12 – 1 Hour Walk

£6 – 30 Minute Walk

10% discount available for 5+ walks per week (bulk bookings)

Drop-In Visits £5 – 30 Minute Visit (includes toilet break, feeding, fresh water, enrichment/cuddles)
Walks are tailored to your dog’s needs and may include confidence-building exercises, calm reinforcement, and fun, structured activities.
Availability: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM(Weekends and bank holidays available by request)
2. Booking & Cancellations
•All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
•Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full service fee.
•In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be discussed.
3. Dog & Client Requirements

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet and others, all dogs must:
•Have a meet and greet prior to any agreed services.
•Be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments
•Be microchipped and have an ID tag
•Be comfortable being handled and walked by a professional
•Disclose any behavioural concerns or health issues ahead of time
Special attention is given to dogs working through reactivity or anxiety.
4. Insurance & Compliance

Alpal’s Dog Pals is:

Fully insured for public liability and professional dog handling​.

DBS checked and cleared.

Canine First Aid Trained and Certified.

Operating under ethical and safe practices

Registered with and working towards accreditation with PACT (Professional Association of Canine Trainers)to become a qualified Canine Instructor.

Due to insurance limitations, we are unfortunately not covered to walk XL Bully’s or any other breed covered under the Banned Breeds/ Dangerous Dogs Act.
All care is conducted with a deep respect for each dog's individuality, safety, and wellbeing.
5. Emergencies
In the case of an emergency, we will:
•Contact you immediately
•If unreachable, seek veterinary attention with your nominated vet or nearest available clinic
•Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner
6. Payment Terms

•Payment is due weekly, in advance or on completion of service (as agreed).
•Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure payment methods.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
​
All client and pet information is kept confidential and will never be shared without consent. We can provide a copy of our Privacy Notice upon request.
8. Updates & Photos
​
We love to keep you in the loop! You’ll receive occasional updates and photos from walks, unless you prefer not to.
